 METHODOLOGY 

The Future Game process is designed based on four worlds where different skills are trained in order to imagine and activate the emerging future. This is a futuristic journey in which the participants are the main protagonists and mark the steps to follow.

The capabilities that they will get range from understanding the individual and collective skills of the team and social challenges, to creating a vision where ideas become tangible and revealed in a future scenario. The Future Gamers can navigate through this 4 world in whatever order they feel like, depending on their unique situation.

 1 > FEEL 

The first world of the game is focused on individual and team awareness and on understanding the challenges that surround us.

The participants inquire into their own abilities that will later activate as superpowers, furthermore they will also identify the collective strengths as a team and community. It reflects and delves into the impact of the Sustainable Development Goals in the local environment and specific challenges are activated.

 2 > ENVISION 

New future scenarios are generated and the most relevant trends are explored.

A vision of impact is generated and action plans are identified and detailed, opening the way to new solutions.

 3 > MAKE 

A solid impactful proposition is generated from the solutions of the challenges worked.

Different types of value layers are developed: impact metrics, social value proposition, implementation viability and sustainability of their proposals.

 4 > REVELATION 

Initiatives are revealed and alliances are generated.

The participants involve new agents to communicate and activate their discoveries and proposals. The Future Gamers are now ready to have an active attitude towards the emerging future.
